Our company performs bending using dedicated molds. We select molds according to the type of bending required, such as "suitable for small diameter pipes," "suitable for large diameter pipes," and "dedicated for thick plates." In the past, we would heat the material until it was red hot with coke and then hammer it into shape according to the lower mold. With the purchase of a hydraulic press, we now use upper and lower molds to press the material, which eliminates the need for manual force, but requires many molds. Additionally, due to the expansion and contraction of the material, it is difficult to achieve accurate dimensions based solely on past performance and experience. Therefore, we conduct trial bends before placing material orders. We do not perform bending by pulling with cranes or chain blocks, as this can lead to a decrease in quality (cracking or defects).
